Lifeline supplements your homecare plan during the hours your homecare provider is not in the home, provides peace of mind for you and your family and enables you to live independently and confidently in your own home.

Lifeline Telephone with reminders helps individuals remember to take medications and make other changes in their day to day life to manage their medical condition.

Who can benefit from Lifeline? Individuals managing chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Lifeline Volunteers
Lifeline Installer Support Volunteers are needed to assist in the process of delivering, installing and picking up Lifeline equipment. Specific duties include installing Lifeline equipment, exchanging expired Lifeline equipment and replacing unit communications batteries.
